REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS -- Existing Families who have registered using this website before.
Returning Registrants - log in with your email and password.
Forgot your password? Enter your email only and click Sign In. Your password will be emailed to that address.
Select the program you wish to register for: U7-U14 Soccer or Micro Soccer and click on the gray “Begin Registration” button.
Next there will be a screen stating that only adults over the age of 18 can enter information. Click on the “Continue” button.
You will come to a page listing all family members who have registered before. The top portion will have red buttons -- this is the parent/guardian section. If you need to update any information click on the applicable family member.
The second portion will be the child section. Click on the green "Eligible - Register" button to begin registration.
Check over the information on the player, change if necessary, and click the "Submit" button.
Next will be the Supplemental Information page. Some of the information below is not applicable to micro soccer registrations.
Please enter the birth month and birth day of the mother or primary female guardian of the player (please enter as a four digit number, for example, January 1 = 0101). This is a mandatory field by the Nebraska State Soccer Association and is used to identify your child for their state player pass.
Select the age group the child is playing in for the up-coming season.
Select the school your child attends. This list is not all-inclusive.
Select last season’s coach/team.
The next four fields are optional.
Please read and acknowledge the release agreement.
Please read and acknowledge the code of conduct.
Click on the “Submit Information” button.
The following screen allows you to either "Pay Now" by credit card or "Register Another Individual."
If you are finished and paying by credit card, click "Pay Now"
If you need to register another player, click "Register Another Individual"
If you are finished and paying by check, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Back to Registration" button and then log out. Be sure to send your check!
If registering another player, you will be returned to the Main Registration page. Click on the appropriate registration form and begin the process above again.
To pay by credit card, click on the "Pay Now" button and enter your credit card information on the next screen. Click the "Submit Payment" button. You can pay for all players at once -- only click the Pay Now button when finished registering the last child.
If you are paying by check
Please ensure your data is correct on the screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Back to Registration" button.
Once at the registration main page, you may click on "Log Out" in the upper right corner of the screen.
Please make your check payable to "SPSL Soccer Club" and mail the check to: SPSL Soccer Club, PO Box 401, Omaha, NE 68010.
Please be sure to write your player name(s) in the comment field on the check.
If you are paying by check your registration is not complete or valid until we receive your payment.
You will receive confirmation emails on each registration.
